Meet the boat

Get to know the parts of a sailboat and the language of sailing. Learn how the wind moves a sail and how balance helps keep the boat under control.

Take the helm

Try steering, starting, stopping and turning. Practise the basic knots used to secure and rig a dinghy.

Read the water

Build an awareness of water safety, basic weather conditions, navigation and wind, with instructor guidance.
